"I specifically asked for a certain type of haircut. I wanted a fade. The person said okay, and then she cut it short enough to see scalp all the way around my head. Even though I said I wanted it longer on top and a fade on the sides and back. Obviously this didn't work out because I walked out of the salon looking retarded with over 4 inches of hair on top and on the side, a buzz cut showing scalp all the way around my head. The first few times I got my haircut here it was decent, but after this incident where the American barber couldn't understand the english language, I'm probably not coming back here any time soon. I hope that next time, Sports Clips hires barbers that know how to understand directions. Come to Sports Clips if you enjoy looking retarded!!!"

"The staff may be able to cut hair sort of. But how slow and bad they are at customer service just can’t be overlooked. Online check-in is a joke. After waiting an hour past the scheduled time the staff couldn’t figure out how to do a basic line to figure out who was next. So if more than one person is waiting it’s 50/50"

"Went here for a haircut for the first time. Loved it. They cut and styled my hair, trimmed my beard (for free) and they also gave me a quick neck and back massage all for just 19 dollars. It was a fantastic deal and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"Been here a few times now and have been pleased each time. First Bree cut my son's hair. She was friendly and did a great job. She gave us a couple coupons so I came back with my 2 year old. Autumn cut his hair and even though he got a little squirmy towards the end she did great and was very good with him. My husband brought our other son there and they both got cuts. Autumn did one and he was happy with it and I can't remember the name of the lady who cut the other one but he was also pleased with the service & outcome. So far so good, we'll be back....it is a little pricier for the little guys cuts though."

"I strongly recommend avoiding Sport Clips Canton. I gave this place a few chances after a terrible first visit. After my fourth visit this morning, I will not be returning. If you are looking for guaranteed satisfaction with your haircut, and a good experience, this is not the place for you. I'll go back to Luckys (pay an extra few bucks), but be able to schedule an appointment and I know I'll leave happy. This most recent visit was my fourth visit to Sport Clips. I showed up on a Saturday morning at 10:15 AM. There are only 2 stylists working. I was at the top of the waitlist, with 7 minutes left on the wait time for the first available stylist (3 customers on the list below me). About 25 minutes go by and I notice my name disappears from the waitlist. Another 10 minutes go by and they call the customer back who was below me. I figured their system would show that I was never taken care of, but I ended up walking out after 40+ minutes with no haircut. My second and third visits were average. Still waited way too long for a haircut but to be fair it was a much better experience than my fourth and first visits. My first visit was more about the quality of the haircut. My neckline was terribly uneven - I should have taken a picture. I went back to get it fixed and after about 25 min of waiting, they helped it the best they could. When I returned a month later, the stylist was cut my hair the first time was no longer with the company. I tried giving this place a few chances. It's not so much the stylist fault - their talent is average - but more about the business set up. The whole waitlist system is a complete failure. They NEED more than 2 stylists working if you are going to have a business on Ford Rd in Canton. Everyone in there always looks miserable b/c of how long they have to wait. I wish everyone there the best, though I would not recommend this place to friends/family."
